Metozone Ozone Application System

In traditional systems, some processes, such as Aging, Bleaching, Anti-Back Staining, Desizing, and others, cost a lot of money because they use a lot of chemicals, water, energy, and treat the water.

We at Metod Makine want to make all of the above processes possible at the lowest possible cost by using Metozone, which we created because our customers asked us to, and we want to help both our customers and the world by making production more sustainable.

It is possible to use metO3zone in wet, moist, and dry processes.

The method works by turning oxygen in the air into ozone in an ozone generator, applying the ozone to the clothes, and then safely releasing it back into the environment through special filters at the end.

During the whole process, there is no ozone leakage or emission into the working area or into nature. The system itself includes all the infrastructure needed to measure leaks, recycle ozone, and filter it.
