Batch / Box Type Curing Oven – Electrical Heating

Batch/Box Type Electrical heating for curing ovens uses sandwich panels unmounted. The panels are insulated with 60 kgirn3 rock wool and glass wool. The rear of the oven has heating units based on the type of oven.

Because it uses Natural Gas, Diesel, or LPG, the heating unit is stainless steel. As the burning chamber is separated and enclosed inside the oven, no flame, fire, soot, Hack, pollution, or dust may mark, shade, or smell the jeans.

The oven has air ducts and blowing vents to distribute hot air evenly.

The oven is easy to install and use on flat ground. The oven floor rail makes entry and movement easier.

Within 25-30 minutes, the oven reaches 150C-160C at start-up. Temperature differences inside the oven cannot exceed 30C. When the set temperature is reached, the automatic temperature limiter activates to maintain it. Thus, optimal working conditions are achieved.
